Each session opens with a call-in and a guided descent into a theta wave state, then moves wherever your body and energy field are ready to go that day. Sessions weave together:
Shamanic practices — to move through the unseen layers of what you're carrying
Breathwork — to unlock what's trapped in the body and nervous system
Guided meditation — channeled in the moment, specifically for you
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) — to rewire limiting beliefs at the subconscious level
Intuitive readings — to illuminate what your energy is communicating beneath the surface
Chakra clearing — to restore flow and alignment through your energetic centers
Guided movement — to anchor shifts into the physical body
Tarot Readings - often woven in at start of session if desired
