Each session opens with a call-in and a guided descent into a theta wave state, then moves wherever your body and energy field are ready to go that day. Sessions weave together:
Shamanic practices — to move through the unseen layers of what you're carrying
Breathwork — to unlock what's trapped in the body and nervous system
Guided meditation — channeled in the moment, specifically for you
NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) — to rewire limiting beliefs at the subconscious level
Intuitive readings — to illuminate what your energy is communicating beneath the surface
Chakra clearing — to restore flow and alignment through your energetic centers
Guided movement — to anchor shifts into the physical body

A guided process to help you restructure the beliefs, patterns, and internal narratives that shape your life.
Through brain retraining practices, Neuro Linguistic Programming, energy work, and guided meditation, we work together to shift the subconscious patterns that keep you stuck and build new pathways that support the life you want to create.
